Women report to the prosecutor's office and they are told no one is there to accept their statement to come back later. Women were warned that an order of protection was just a piece of paper and if she signed it she would be in greater danger because her husband or boyfriend would just be angier. The office personnel were too busy to review complaints. Women were told to come back next week Office personnel are rude and condescending to
